I love to start my day with a 16oz glass of green juice, or as I call it goodness. Juicing is a great way of taking in concentrated amount of NATURAL vitamins in one sitting. As a graduation present, my parents bought me a Breville Juicer, which I absolutly love. It is very easy to use and very easy to clean.

Ingredients:
- Kale (I prefer Lactino for juicing and curly for steaming)
- Spinach
- Collard Greens
- Green Apple
- Carrots
- Celery
Always use organic vegetables when juicing, to eliminate amount of chemicals absorbed into your system.

- Juice each vegetable/fruit individually starting with root vegetables and then moving to leafy vegetables.

- Pour the juice in a clear glass

- Enjoy a glass of goodness
