Red Velvet Cake Balls

Ingredients:

Completely cooled red velvet cake (see recipe)
Cream Cheese Frosting – 12 oz (see recipe)
Baking chocolate; white and dark

Directions:

In a large bowl mix together crumbled cake and cream cheese frosting. thoroughly with 1 can cream cheese frosting
Roll mixture into quarter size balls and lay on cookie sheet

Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients:

Cream Cheese – 12 oz
Unsalted butter – 12 tbsp
Confectionery sugar – 3 C
Vanilla extract – 1 tsp

Directions:

Mix together the butter and cream cheese until completely smooth
Add confectionery sugar to the mixture 0.5 c at a time, increase or decrease the amount of sugar depending how sweet you like your frosting
Add vanilla extract
